excellent experience there. perfect and quiet hotel located just off the restaurant that offers both continental and traditional english breakfasts including juices, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and tea and coffee, shopping centre

I had fantastic 1-night stay here! The service offered was terrific, the room was a decent size with good lighting, the bedroom, for instance. The food was fabulous and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, though initially unappealing, turned out to be surprisingly convenient. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. 

Decent beds, flat screens with digital channels, good bathroom facilities, good breakfast.

Strange owners. At breakfast there was another table of guys who were obviously away on business and they openly remarked at how odd the owners were towards residents. Wouldn't stop me staying there, but a point definitely worth noting!

The hotel of choice in Hartlepool. Perfect place for short stay and exceptional and welcoming staff. The marvellous location for the price, just next door to traditional English breakfasts. Lovely building and rooms with good lighting. A kind of excellent service. 

I had a great night's sleep in a simple single room.

there was no smoking signs in the room and my collegue smoked 2 cigarettes, The owner never mentioned no smoking in the room and charged me £100 for room cleaning as he had the window open when he smoked the 2 cigarettes. As they were only 2 guest rooms taken i think they needed more money, so £180 for b&b for 2 persons
